$199 Fee - Early Bird Pricing (Ends August 31st)
$240 Fee - Regular Rate (September 1st - 18th)

All Attendees must register online whether they pay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. If you have already registered and not paid and would like to pay by credit card, please call CWDA Registration at (916) 256-3861 to pay by phone. Please do not submit another registration.

Registration Policies

  • All Attendees must register online whether they pay by check or credit card. All funds must be received by Friday, September 18, 2020. Any registrations with unpaid balances as of Friday, September 18, 2020, will not be sent login access to the Virtual Conference or any Conference materials.

  • By registering, you understand that you will be held financially accountable for the number of registrants you are registering if you do not properly cancel your registration as noted in the confirmation email and per the CWDA cancellation policy below.

  • Purchase Order Policy: All purchase orders must be paid in full by Friday, September 18, 2020 (3 weeks prior to our conference) in order for an attendee’s registration spot to be guaranteed.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] by Friday, September 11, 2020, and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. After the cancellation date, no refunds will be provided, however, substitutions will be accepted per the substitution policy.

  • Substitution Policy: Substitutions need to be made in writing and emailed to [email protected], a $35 administrative fee will be applied per substitution and must be received before Friday, September 25, 2020. Any substitutions needed after Friday, September 25, 2020, must be made two days before the conference and a $50 substitution fee will be applied at that time.

  • Suitcasing Policy: As defined by the International Association of Exhibitions & Events, suitcasing is a practice on the part of any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business while at the (virtual) conference and/or in another company’s (virtual) booth. All materials must be distributed from the (virtual) booth and no other public (virtual) areas of the conference. Any person violating or suspected of violating this policy may be removed from the (virtual) conference, prohibited from attending the remainder of the event and prohibited from attending future CWDA conferences at the sole discretion of CWDA staff.
